利用規約
本規約はTranscend Color Digital Apparel（TCDA）が運営するウェブサイト（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めます。本サービスを利用された場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

ご注文の決済完了をもって、当社とお客様の間に売買契約が成立します。注文確認メールの送付をもって注文受付の完了とします。
第2条（キャンセル・返品）
受注生産品のため、決済完了後のキャンセルはお受けできません。不良品・誤発送の場合は到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。詳細は特定商取引法ページをご参照ください。
第3条（チャージバック対応）
正当な理由なく不正なチャージバック申請を行った場合、当社は証拠資料をもって対抗します。具体的には以下を保持しています。
- 注文日時・IP・決済セッションの記録

- 注文確認メール送付の記録
- 配送追跡データ

第4条（禁止事項）

We retain full evidence to contest unjustified chargebacks, including:

4. Prohibited Activities
